摘要 加强征信知识教育是提高金融消费者自我保护能力,主动防范权益受损的有效手段。本文阐述了征信教育对保护金融消费者权益的重要作用,分析了当前征信知识教育的实践成效及存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了要加强征信知识教育的顶层设计、完善教育实施体系和保障机制、充分发挥金融机构开展征信知识教育的基础性作用、提高教育内容针对性和创新教育模式等政策建议。 Strengthening the credit education is an effective means to improve the self-protection ability of fmancial consumers and actively prevent damage to the fights and interests. The paper describes the important role of the credit education in protecting the financial consumer fights interests, and analyzes the practice effects and problems of the current credit education. On the above basis, the paper proposes such policy suggestions as strengthening top-level design on the credit education, improving the education imple-mentation system and guarantee mechanism, giving full play the basic role of the financial institutions to carry out the credit knowledge education, and improving the content and model of the education.
