摘要
向家坝水电站长距离骨料输送线控制系统主要采用Allen-Bradley PLC可编程系统软、硬件实现远距离声、光、视频信号传输。PLC工业控制器结合光纤通信技术的应用弥补了传统继电器控制的缺陷、优化了控制系统并且为整个系统有效运行创造了良好条件。分析了控制方式的特点、系统设备对工作环境的要求以及可能产生的干扰及处理措施,深入了解掌握系统特性对其进行有效控制具有重要意义。
The control system of long-distance aggregate transmission line in Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station mainly uses Allen-Bradley PLC programmable system software and hardware to achieve long-dtistance sound, light and video signal transmission. The combination of PLC industrial controller and optical fiber communication technology in control system removes the deficiencies of traditional relay control and achieves the optimization of control system The control system creates a favorable condition to the effective operation of transmission system. The characteristics of control way, the requirements of equipments on working environment, and the potential interferences and corresponding treatments are analyzed herein. The in-depth understanding on this control system is important to the effective control of transmission system.
