介绍了哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院依托三级综合医院优势资源,构建和打造全省医疗服务体系的做法和成效,指出构建体系所面临的人才培养、体系运营以及政策制度等问题。
The practice and effectiveness of developing provincial medical service system basing on good health resources in Harbin Affiliated the First Hospital is introduced. The problems in developing medical service system such as human resources training, operation management and policy are discussed.
