酚氨萃取回收工艺在煤气化废水处理中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了某煤气化废水处理改造工艺,将原有主体工艺中脱酸、脱氨双塔汽提——级酚萃取改为汽提脱酸侧线脱氨一塔-两级萃取工艺。分别用两种萃取剂进行两级萃取,并对萃取剂的种类和用量以及后续处理工段中UASB反应器容积负荷的确定进行了分析。工艺改造后脱酸脱氨出水挥发酚为120mg/L、氨氮为195mg/L、硫化物为98mg/L、COD为5770mg/L,可直接经后续生化处理后达标排放或回用于熄焦水;采用甲基异丁基酮作为萃取剂对多元酚脱除率较高,其最佳用量为12mg/L;UASB反应器的容积负荷最高为6.2kgCOD/(m^3·d),回流比为150%,上升流速为3~5m/h。 This paper introduced a modified coal gasification wastewater process. In this pro- ject, the original stripper process with one extraction stage but two towers of deacidification and deamination was changed into a stripper process with one tower but two extraction stages including stripper deacidification and siding deamination. Two different kinds of extraction agents were used to carry out the two-stage extraction. The kind and quantity of extraction agent, as well as the UASB reactor capacity in the following process, were analyzed. After modification, the volatile phenol, ammonia nitrogen, sulfide, and COD in the effluent were 120 rag/L, 195 mg/L, 98 mg/L, and 5 770 rag/L, respectively. After the following biological treatment, the effluent could meet the discharge standard and be discharged directly, or be reused as quenching water. Using methyli-sobutyl ketone as extraction agent would reach the highest removal efficiency on polyhydric phenol, and the best dosage was 12 mg/L. The capacity of UASB reactor was 1.2 kgCOD/(m^3·d). Its re-cycling ratio was 100% and its up flowing rate was 3-5 m/h.
