摘要
随着全球高等教育向纵深发展,地方高校与区域经济文化社会互动发展愈发重要。借鉴英国、德国、美国、瑞士、韩国、日本等发达国家或地区高校融入区域发展的政策与实践,从观念转变、政策支持,成立专门机构、加快技术转化,鼓励跨学科研究,加强创业创新教育,拓宽高校社会服务内容等方面,深入研究地方高校与区域经济社会文化互动发展机制与路径,具有积极意义。
Local universities and colleges are exerting far-reaching influence on regional development with ever-growing higher education globalization all over the world. Based on the pelicies and practice home and abroad, it is of significance to probe into the interactive mechanism and would-be-taken strategies, such as local government ofiqcials＇ changing ways of thinking, the commercialization of re- search findings with specialized institutes, enhancing more interdisciplinary studies, and reinforcing entrepreneurship education, etc. be- tween local higher education institutes and regional development.
