PEG增塑PLA/成核剂复合体系的结晶行为和力学性能 被引量:5

摘要 通过溶液共混法制得了一系列PLA复合物,并利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、配带热台的偏光显微镜(POM)和X射线衍射法(XRD)等研究了PLA/PEG和PLA/PEG/成核粒子的结晶行为,又通过力学实验分析了成核剂对PLA/PEG的机械强度的影响.结果表明:增塑剂PEG能加强PLA的结晶能力,但是晶体结构不完善;成核粒子的添加改善了增塑体系的晶体结构和结晶速度,从而有效地提高了复合材料的力学性能;添加Talc和LAK的三元共混物的半结晶时间t1/2仅为1.5min和1.7min,过冷度仅有47.7℃和39.3℃,结晶度达到了34.1%和36.5%,拉伸强度提高到了60.28Mpa和53.09Mpa. A series of blends were prepared by solution co-precipitation of PLA ,PEG and dif-ferent nucleating agent .The crystallization behavior of different blends were researched using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) ,polarized optical microscopy (POM ) and X-ray diff ract ion (XRD) .The influence of nucleating agent on mechanical properties of PLA/PEG was studied by mechanical property test .The results showed that the crystallization ability of PLA was improved and the glass transition temperatures (Tg) was reduced when it was blended with PEG .The crystal structure ,crystallization rate and the tensile strength of the plasticized system were improved by nucleating agent .The half crystallization time of ternary blends (PLA/PEG/Talc ,PLA/PEG/LAK) were reduced to 1 .5 min and 1 .7 min ,degree of supercooling were only 47 .7 ℃ and 39 .3 ℃ ,crystallinity reached to 34 .1% and 36 .5% ,ten-sile strength also improved to 60 .28 Mpa and 53 .09 Mpa .
