摘要
城市轨道交通运营绩效考核指标体系与运营绩效评估指标体系相互密切关联,但也有内在本质区别。通过两者的深入比较,详细说明了城市轨道交通运营绩效考核指标体系的特点,进而探讨了上海城市轨道交通运营绩效考核指标体系的架构及运作机制,以供全国城市轨道交通服务企业提升运营绩效考核管理水平作借鉴。
Performance appraisal index system of urban rail transit operators and the operational performance evaluation index system are closely interrelated,but their inherent natures are different.In this paper,through a comparison,the characteristics of the performance appraisal index system for Shanghai urban rail transport operators is described in detail,the structure and operation mechanism of the index system is explored.This research will help to enhance the level of operational performance appraisal management for urban rail transit service enterprises in China.
