摘要
针对轨道交通车辆自动门面轮廓度误差的评定问题,基于最小区域原理建立了3种车门轮廓面误差的数学模型,并使用Matlab软件优化工具箱进行了求解。基于最小二乘原理建立的数学模型求解结果被用来证明基于最小区域原理建模求解的最优性。实例证明,所提出的车门面轮廓度误差评定方法快速、准确、有效,为企业实施车门质量控制提供了依据。
To address the profile error evaluation of urban rail vehicle gates,the mathematical models of three types of gates; which are answered by Matlab optimization tools,are presented based on the minimum zone principle.Solutions from these models based on the least square principle are taken to illustrate the optimality according to the minimum zone principle.Examples show that the proposed methods are quick,accurate and effective for gate profile error evaluation.
