摘要 LED显示屏通常由计算机控制要显示的文字,但其硬件和使用成本都相对较高。设计并制作了一种多功能可擦写式LED点阵显示屏,系统采用STC11F16XE单片机作为主控芯片,用74LS245芯片与CD4515BC译码器组成显示驱动。实现了通过按键切换各种显示模式;利用光电传感器制作的光笔在LED点阵显示屏上可实现如点亮、划亮、反显、整屏擦除、笔画擦除、连写多字等显示功能,并且可以自动调节亮度和自动休眠。实验证明,利用该系统可以扩展成不同大小、内容可随时修改的LED显示屏,并且成本低,具有良好的推广价值。 LED display is usually controlled by the computer to display text, so that the cost of system hardware and use is very high. The system devel- opes a LED dot matrix display with the multi-function to write and erase easily. The system uses STCI I F16XE MCU as control system, uses 74LS245 chip and CD4515BC decoder as display system, switches various display modes through the key, and uses light pen produced by the photoelectric sensor to realize the variety of display functions such as lights, zoned light, anti-significant, erasing the entire screen, stroke erase, ligatures word. The system also automatically adjusts screen brightness and automatically sleep. Experiments show that the LED display can be expanded with different size and the content can be modified at any time, and the cost is low, which has great significance for popularization.
