摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了机械密封O形橡胶密封圈轴对称计算模型,分析计算了在两种不同的安装方式下的变形、Von Mises应力分布及其与轴套接触的接触应力和摩擦力,研究了O形密封圈的预紧压缩率、介质压力和凹槽宽度对密封性能的影响。研究表明:O形密封圈的变形、Von Mises应力、主接触面接触应力及其与轴套的摩擦力均随介质压力和截面压缩率的增大而增大,并随着凹槽宽度的减小而增大;凹槽宽度的设计不能过小,两种不同的安装方式下选用O形密封圈的压缩量应有所不同。
In this established with the paper, the axisymmetric computational model of rubber ()-ring in mechanical seal is finite element analysis software ANSYS. The deformation, Von Mises stress distribution, contact pressure and friction with sleeve in two different mounting states are calculated, and the influences of medium pressure, groove width and compression ratio on the performance of O-ring are also obtained. The results show that the deformation, Von Mises, contact pressure and friction with sleeve increase with the increasing of medium pressure and compression ratio, while decrease with the increasing of groove width. Groove width can not be too narrow, and the compression ratio of O-ring should be different in the different installation methods.
