摘要
讨论了灌溉用水效率尺度效应的相关问题,如灌溉用水效率尺度效应的内涵、尺度效应产生原因、灌溉用水效率指标选择过程中的争议、尺度划分以及尺度转换。结果表明,灌溉用水效率尺度效应由空间异质性和回归水再利用双重因素导致,包含时空二种尺度效应,尺度界定避免使用面积/长度等指标简单描述,今后应寻找传统灌溉效率和水资源利用效率指标的切合点,探索将二类指标统一在同一理论,并构建综合考虑空间变异与回归水利用双重影响且具有物理机制的尺度转换公式。
Some basic issues related to scale effect of irrigation water use efficiency were discussed, such as intension of scale effect of irrigation water use efficiency, the reason for scale effect of irrigation water use efficiency, view on the controversy on selecting irrigation water use efficiency, rules of scale division and methods of scaling. The results indicated that scale effect of irrigation water use efficiency, which included spatial and time scale effect, was induced by spatial heterogeneity and reuse of irrigation return water. Simple indicators, such as area and length, should be not used in the definition of scales. The correlation between the traditional irrigation water use efficiency indicators and the indicators of water resource use ef- ficiency should be further studied. The two kinds of indicators should be explored so that they were con- sistent in the same theory framework. A physical scaling formula, comprehensively considering spatial het- erogeneity and reuse of irrigation return water, should be focused in future.
