The comprehensive management of Fuyang River constructed a ten kilometers promenade about ecology and culture in Hengshui, it play a positive role in reproducing the＂ convenient waterway, water and wind kept balance＂, improv- ing the two environments and realizing the catching-up of Hengshui city , the benefits of the social, economy and ecology are remarkable after the comprehensive management.
