基质对生态浮床净化效果和大型水生植物生长的影响 被引量:55

Effects of Substrates on the Purification Efficacy of Ecological Floating Beds and the Growth of Macrophytes

摘要 以植物浮床为对照组,选用稻草和空心塑料填料作为生态浮床的基质而组建另外两种有基质的生态浮床,考察了3种浮床脱氮和有机物去除效果及其浮床内大型植物生长特性.实验结果表明:进水TN、NH+4-N、NO-3-N是17、6、11mg/L时,EFB-RS最终TN、NH+4-N、NO-3-N质量浓度分别为(1.05±0.20)、(0.38±0.18)、(0.17±0.03)mg/L,明显优于EFB-PF和EFB-PO系统,而EFB-PF优于EFB-PO系统,可能是因为基质能提高浮床系统的生物浓度和生物链长度强化修复效果,而且稻草基质在作为填料的同时还提供了碳源,改善了水体脱氮效果.对比3个生态浮床系统中的植物发现,EFB-RS系统中的植物从生长量和生长状态来说都是最好的,其次为EFB-PF系统.说明基质对生态浮床的净化效果和植物生长具有非常重要的作用. With ecological floating bed Only-Planted (EFB-PO) as control system, rice straw and plastic filling were chose as substrates to build the other two ecological floating beds. The nitrogen and organic matter removal effect of these three ecological floating beds were investigated, and the growth of macrophytes in them is compared. The results indicated that when the influent TN,NH4+-N.NO3^--N concentrations were respectively 17 mg/L, 6 mg/L, 11 mg/L, the corresponding effluent concentrations in the EFBRS system were (1.05±0.20) mg/L,(0.38±0.18) mg/L, (0.17±0.03) rag/L, far superior to those of EFB-PF and EFB-PO system, and the corresponding effluent concentrations of EFB-PF system were lower than those of EFB-PO system. The reasons are as follows, the substrates could improve the biomass and biological chains for enhancement of bioremediation efficacy for nitrogen therefore,the rice straw can be as biocarriers and carbon source for higher nitrogen removal efficacy in the EFB-RS system. In addition, the growth biomass and condition of macrophytes in the EFB-RS system was the best among these three ecological floating beds. It was believed that rice straw is of vital importance for the purification of the ecological floating bed and the growth of macrophytes.
