摘要
文章通过对新时期干部教育培训工作趋势特点的描述,结合对当前高校中层干部教育培训工作现状的分析,探讨新形势下高校中层干部教育培训工作的方向和重点,从拓展思路、改进内容方式、健全管理机制等几个方面对构建高校中层干部开放式教育培训体系,对今后更加有实效性地开展干部教育培训工作进行探索。
Based on the study of the trend and features of cadres' education and training in the new period and combining the analysis of the current training situation of university middle-level cadres, this article discussed the future direction and key tasks of training middle-level cadres under the new situation, established an open training system for university middle-level cadres in the aspects of de- veloping a new way of thinking, improving contents, perfecting the management mechanism, etc. and explored ways for more effective training of university cadres.
