摘要
实践证明 ,人力资源素质是国家经济发展的关键因素 .本文结合大量详实数据 ,分析我国人力资源素质的现状及其对经济的影响 ,并就中国 2 1世纪人力资源发展战略进行了讨论 .
It is proved that the q uality of human resource is the critical factor for the economic growth of a cou ntry.Based on amount of data,this article analyzes the situation of human resour ce and its impression on the economic development in China.The paper also makes further studies of Chinas human resource development strategies in 21st cent ury.
