摘要
介绍了氨在低温甲醇洗系统中的作用及危害,氨含量控制在0.03~0.06mol/L时,可以有效抑制系统的腐蚀,氨含量过高则会生成铵盐结晶,堵塞热再生系统设备及管道,同时还会造成净化气、CO2产品气中硫含量超标。结合金赤化工低温甲醇洗系统进氨事故的处理过程,提出控制低温甲醇洗系统中氨含量的方法。
Describe the effect and hazard of ammonia in rectisol system. When the ammonia content is controled in 0.03 - 0.06 mol/L, system corrosion can be effectively inhibited. If the ammonia content is too high, ammonium salt crystal would be forming to clog the heat regeneration system equipment and pipe, also would result sulfur content of both purified gas and CO2 product gas exceeding standard. Based on failure treatment for ammonia leaking into rectisol unit, propose ammonia content control method in rectisol unit.
