摘要
在低温环境下焊接时,由于焊接部位受不均匀的加热及冷却,会导致焊接接头产生裂纹,为了提高焊接结构的制造质量和使用性能,减少焊接结构因焊接引起的破坏性事故。运用Simufact-Welding软件对T形接头用焊条电弧焊在环境温度为-15℃时进行焊接仿真。在其他参数相同的情况下,对比分析了焊件预热到150℃和未预热时的热循环、变形、等效应力和t8/5,结果表明:前者方法下同一采样点处的峰值温度值比后者方法下对应量的值大;同理,收弧处的变形量减小,焊缝处和近缝区的变形量略有增大;焊缝处采样点的等效应力减小;焊缝处采样点的t8/5时间增大。因此,合理地控制预热温度,减小晶粒脆化,适当增大t8/5时间,有利于缓解接头的冷却速度,减小淬硬倾向。
The weld cracks in the welded joint were caused by welding areas affected by uneven heating and cooling at the low temperature.In order to improve the manufacturing quality and use of performance of the welded structure,reduce damaging accidents of the welded structure caused by welding,the welding simulation of the T shaped joint was used with Simufact-Welding software at -15 ℃.The thermal cycle,distortion,effective stress and t8/5 were analyzed under the weldment preheating to 150℃.Non preheating with the other parameters were analyzed too.The results showed that the peak of temperature of the sampling points of the former method were more than the corresponding value of the latter method,in the same way,the distortion of the arc suppression reduced,the distortion of the welding seam and the vicinity of increased slightly,the effective stress of the sampling points of the welding seam decreased,the t8/5 of the sampling points of the welding seam increased.The grains embrittlements were reduced with the reasonable preheating temperature.The cooling speed of joint was alleviated and the tendency of the hardening was reduced by increasing t8/5properly.
