摘要
在无刷直流电机控制系统设计过程中有效利用数学仿真分析手段,可以加速系统设计过程。利用Saber仿真分析软件完成无刷直流电机控制系统的研究分析,分别对电机控制系统中的位置传感器、电子换向器、三相逆变电路进行研究与分析,并分别完成仿真模型的搭建、功能验证和性能分析,最后对各功能模块进行有机整合,完成控制系统的整体仿真试验,仿真结果证明,计算分析精度高,其仿真结果与理论分析相吻合。该仿真系统的搭建为电机控制系统提供了非常有效的设计手段。
Using mathematical analysis software effectively in the design of BLDCM control system can accelerate the design process.A BLDCM control system was researched and analyzed using Saber software.The position detection sensor,the electronic commutator module and three-phase inverter circuits of the control system were studied,and the simulation models were established respectively.Then the functional verification tests and performance analysis were performed.By the organic combination of these blocks,the overall performance was simulated.The simulation results showed that the calculation result was accurate,and the results were consistent with the theoretical analysis.The building of the simulation system provided an effectively design tool for BLDCM control systems.
