摘要
采用细胞学实验和动物实验方法对用于温热治疗肿瘤的钙铁硅铁磁体微晶玻璃进行生物活性研究。动物试验结果表明,试样对动物无明显毒性,对动物的生长也无任何不利影响。细胞学实验结果表明,试样的细胞生物活性良好。
The bioactivity of calcium iron silicate ferromagnetic glass-ceramics .useful as thermoseeds for hy-perthermia treatment of tumor,was studied using cytologlcal and zoological experimental methods. The zoological experimental results showed that the glass-ceramics had no toxicity to mice or negative effects on their growth. It was found from the cytologlcal experiments that the cytological bioactivity of the samples was excellent.
