摘要
在建立公差—成本模型的基础上 ,提出了以制造成本最低为目标的机械产品零部件公差优化设计方法 ,并进行了实例分析计算。采用该方法在产品大批量生产条件下将会产生明显的经济效益。
On the basis of founding the relationship of tolerance cost,the optimal design method of mechanical product's tolerances raised at least manufacture cost,and carring on an example. By this method,the notable economic benefits can be obtained at large quantities of production.
