摘要
为提高全省政务办公的水平,实现电子政务办公与政务管理在网络信息系统上规范流转,开发了综合系统的应用支撑核心平台。平台集成了多层体系结构,支持Web Service、SOAP、XML等标准,可进行快速的二次开发。为规范化开发符合全省政务工作,引入UML建模技术,使得该平台从规划到实施都是在软件工程标准下进行。特别是可视化的流程配置,引入了政务工作标准流程,并能根据本省情况进行重新配置与调整,使得政务工作在标准下又能兼顾灵活与效率,保证全省的政务工作规范化。XML作为信息交互的标准,实现了平台与各分布系统的数据交互,通过将XML数据进行数据加密与解密,保证了数据安全传输,对XML数据压缩使得数据不占用过多带宽,保证带宽效率。实践表明,政务工作流程的配置解决了以前政务环节传递的无序与低效,可将不同工作并入目标管理考核,将每项工作以分数计算量化,异构数据在平台上得到充分的交互,保证了政务业务的实时化更新与推进。
To improve the provincial government office and government management, to achieve the government office to regularly flow on the network, a core application support platform was developed. The platform intergrated multi-layer system structure, supporting Web Service, SOAP, XML standard, and could be used for second development quickly. In order to standard government office workflow, introducing UML modeling technology, the platform was made from planning to implementation in the software engineering standards. The visualization process configuration guaranteed the government office on the standard workflow and of flexibility and efficiency. XML technology was used as a standard information interaction method to realize the platform's data exchange, in order to data transmission security and bandwidth, XML encryption, decryption and compression technology were used. Practice has proved, the goverment office workllow configuration solved disordering and inefficiency, the assessment of the target can be calculated with score for every job, the heterogeneous data can be interacted on the platform, ensuring the government business updated and promoted in real-time.
