摘要
目的了解高中生心理健康状况和自我效能感状况及其关系,为学校心理健康教育提供参考。方法采用中国中学生心理健康量表和自我效能感综合量表,对南京市高一至高三1 002名学生进行问卷调查。结果高中生心理健康总均分为(2.13±0.64)。不同性别、年级学生心理健康得分差异有统计学意义。普通高中生在学习压力感和情绪波动性因子上得分高于职业高中生。高中生自我效能感总体情况为中等偏上,不同性别、不同年级高中生自我调节效能感差异有统计学意义。3种效能感都与心理健康总均分及其因子呈负相关,自我调节效能感对心理健康总均分及其因子有负向预测作用。结论高中生心理健康情况不容乐观。在青少年心理健康教育工作中要加大自我调节效能感的培养。
Objective To investigate the status of mental health and self-efficacy as well as its relation among senior high school students. Methods Mental Health Inventory of Middle-School Students (MMHI-60) and Self-efficacy Comprehensive Scale (SECS) were administered to 1 002 students from regular senior high school and vocational high school in Nanjing. Results Average score of MMHI-60 was 2.13±0.64. Significant differences of MMHI-60 score were found in gender, grade and type of school. General self-efficacy was relatively high, varied significantly by gender, grade and type of school. Negative correlations between self-efficacy and mental health were found. Regression analysis showed that mean and most dimensions of mental health could be predicted by self-regulation. Conclusion Mental health of senior high school students in Nanjing is worrisome and mental health education on self-regulation efficacy promotion should be strengthened.
