摘要
为了便于在设备维修管理过程中进行多种维修策略的选择,综合优化修复性维修、预防性维修和替换三种维修策略,分析这三种策略对设备可靠性的影响效果,使用离散变量构建维修计划模型。模型需根据设备可靠性选择维修策略,以最小化维修成本,包括单次修复性维修成本、预防性维修成本、替换成本以及因预防性维修所产生的机会损失;设计和声搜索算法求解模型,对可行解生成过程和替换算子进行改进以保证解的多样性。通过算例验证了算法的有效性,并分别对维修间隔期、故障水平进行了敏感性分析以辅助决策。
To make the selection of multiple maintenance strategy in the process of equipment maintenance management easily, the influence of three maintenance strategies which included repair maintenance, preventive maintenance and preventive replacement on equipment reliability was analyzed. The discrete variables were used to construct ma intenance scheduling model so as to make decision. According to the equipment reliability, the maintenance strategy was selected to minimize the maintenance cost which included corrective maintenance repair cost, preventive mainte nance cost, replacement cost and opportunity cost produced by preventive maintenanee. The harmony search algo rithm was designed to solve the model, and the diversity of solutions was ensured by generating the new solution and the replacement process. The effectiveness of proposed algorithm was validated, and the sensitivity analysis of main tenance interval and failure level were conducted respectively to assist decision making.
