摘要
目的 :消除司帕沙星滴眼液的抑菌作用 ,以检查其微生物限度。方法 :经薄膜过滤法处理后 ,将滤膜置灭菌生理盐水中 ,超声洗菌 ,再按常规进行微生物限度检查。结果 :加入枯草芽胞杆菌的回收率为 78.2 % ,加入白色含珠菌的回收率为 80 .2 % ,控制菌的阳性对照成立。结论 :该法能消除司帕沙星滴眼液的抑菌作用 ,使测定结果准确、可靠。
OBJECTIVE:To eliminate the antibacterial action of Starfloxacin eye drops in the test of microbial limit. METHODS:It was treated by membrane filtration,we suspended the membrane in sterrilled normal saline and washed it by ultrasonics,then tested the microbial limit by regular method.RESULTS:Two kinds of bacteria were used in our recovery test:bacillus subtilis and candida albibans,the average recoveries were 78.2% and 80.2% respectively and the control bacteriun is positive.CONCLUSION:The method is better than regular medium dilution method in eliminating the antibacterial action of Starfloxacin eye drops and make the result more accurate and reliable.
