摘要 职业核心能力是从事任何职业都必不可少的基本技能,为了加强对汽车服务业员工职业核心能力的培养,本文研究分析了国内外汽车服务业员工职业核心能力构成的现状,认为最重要的职业核心能力包括与人交流能力、解决问题能力、信息处理能力和与人合作能力。针对汽车服务业岗位,提出构建了汽车服务业员工职业核心能力框架体系,主要包括职业核心能力的构成、要素等,为制定职业核心能力的培养策略奠定了基础。 Professional Core Competence is an important competence for anything work. In order to strengthen the training on professional core competence in vehicle service, in this paper, the present situation on the construction of professional core competence is researched and analyzed. Think of the most important professional core competence includes the ability to communicate with others, problem solving ability, information processing ability and the ability to cooperate with others. In automotive service jobs, the framework system that professional core competence of vehicle service is proposed, mainly including professional structure, elements, etc., laid a solid foundation for develop the strategy of the professional core competence of training.
