摘要
实验采用纤维素酶法提取豆粕中的多糖,并且利用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖的含量,通过控制单因素,如料液比、酶解时间、酶解温度、pH值、纤维素酶添加量等因素,挑选出最适的实验条件,在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验选出优化的组合因素。实验结果表明,利用纤维素酶解法提取豆粕中多糖的最适条件为酶解温度60℃,酶解时间60min,pH 5.5,纤维素酶添加量0.8%,料液比1∶15。
Use fiber enzyme to extract soybean soluble polysaccharide from soybean meal, and then adopt benzene polyphenol-hydrous method to determine the content of polysaccharides. The best con- ditions can be selected by the combination of the factors, such as the ratio of material and liquid, reaction time, pH value, reaction temperature and the amount of fiber enzyme. The results show that the best reaction temperature, pH value and reaction time for the enzymatic hydrolysis of soybean are 60 ℃, pH 5.5 and 60 min respectively, and the ratio of gardenia to liquor is 1 = 15.
