摘要
研究了纳滤(NF)-反渗透(RO)工艺对低含氟废水的处理效果。结果表明,在pH>5、操作压力0.3 MPa、进水F-质量浓度小于80 mg/L的条件下,NF出水均可达到GB 8978-1996规定的一级排放标准,且满足电镀一般用水的水质要求。有机添加剂对NF过程的F-截留率存在不同的影响。NF出水经RO深度处理后,电导率低于10μS/cm,满足特殊电镀用水水质要求,废水回用率可达94%。NF-RO集成工艺可为低含氟废水的分质回用提供良好的解决方案。
In order to enhance the water reuse level and reduce the wastewater amount, NF-RO process was studied. Under the condition of pH〉5, operation pressure above 0.3 MPa and influent F concentration less than 80 mg/L, the effluent by NF process meets the first class discharging standard of GB 8978 -- 1996 and water quality standards of base metal electroplate. Organic additives show different effects on NF separation. After the subsequent RO process, the outlet water conductivity was low than 10 μS/cm, which met the water quality standard for precious metal electroplating. The total water recover rate could reach 94%.
