摘要
首先在介绍大数据定义的基础上剖析其发展趋势对电子商务的价值,接着结合国内文献对电子商务服务模式定义归纳整理出来的电子商务企业服务模式的三维分析模型,从而导出个性化导购服务、垂直细分领域服务以及数据产品服务三种新型的电子商务服务模式并对其举例详细分析说明。
Firstly, the paper describes the definition of big data and the value of development trend of big data to e - com- merce, and then comes up with a three - dimensional analytical model for e - business service model from the definition of foreign and domestic literature. By using the analytical model, the paper proposes "personalized shopping guide service", '" vertical segments service" and "data products services" these three new e - commerce service modes are described in de- tail by examples.
