摘要
目的:通过比较研究综合护理干预措施在泌尿外科疾病并高血压患者护理中的效果,为临床上实施优质高效的护理提供科学依据。方法:选择泌尿外科疾病合并高血压并采用手术治疗的患者142例,随机分为对照组和干预组各71例,对照组采用常规护理方法,干预组实施综合护理干预,对两组患者在术后疼痛感、眩晕程度、血压控制、生活质量和患者对医院的满意程度等方面进行比较分析。结果:干预组患者在术后疼痛减轻程度、眩晕度改善、血压控制、满意度方面明显优于对照组,护理效果显著(P<0.05);生活质量量化评定SF-36各维度评定中,除躯体角色和社会功能两项指标无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其他指标的评分干预组明显高于对照组,两组护理效果比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在对泌尿外科疾病合并高血压患者术后疼痛程度的减轻、血压的控制、眩晕感的改善,患者生活质量的提升,医患关系改善等方面,综合护理干预措施具有积极的作用,值得推广应用。
In order to provide a scientific basis for clinical implementation of high quality nursing care through a comparative study of the comprehensive nursing interventions in patients with urology disease patients with hypertension, the author choose 142 ca- ses of operation patients in the Department of urology disease and nursing, and randomly divide them into control group and intervention group with 71 cases in each. To make a comparison between the two groups of patients with postoperative pain, dizziness, blood pres- sure control, quality of life and their satisfaction of hospital and so on, routine nursing method is used in the control group and the com- prehensive nursing intervention is put in the intervention group . As a result, the patients in the feeling of patients in the intervention group is much better than those in the control group, which nursing effect is remarkable (P 〈0. 05) ; In the quality of life in quantita- tive evaluation of SF - 36 in each dimension evaluation, the index of Intervention group is significantly higher than that of the control group except the two indexes of the body character and social functions which are not statistically significant. The effect of nursing be- tween the two groups has much difference. (P 〈 0.05 ). In all, comprehensive nursing interventions have a positive effect in relieve the pain after operative, control the blood pressure, get rid of vertigo and enhance the quality of life, which is worthy of popularization and application.
