临床护士工作冲突的调查分析 被引量:35

Investigation of Job Conflict among Staff Nurses

摘要 护理工作中冲突是不可避免的一种现象。由于冲突与工作满意度呈负相关 ,因此冲突管理是护理管理的重要内容之一。护理管理者应不断评估护士工作中的冲突水平及类型 ,及时采取有效措施。本研究表明 ,护士工作中的冲突处于中等水平状态 ,最常遇到的冲突类型为临床部门与支持系统之间的冲突。
