锁定板与解剖板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察锁定板与解剖板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法随机抽取2009年12月-2011年12月期间的股骨远端骨折患者136例,将患者分为两组对照组和观察组各68例。其中对照组中进行解剖型钢板内固定处理,而观察组患者进行锁定型钢板内固定处理,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果对照组中股骨远端骨折患者中,优良率为79.41%,而观察组的优良率为95.59%(P<0.05)。结论在对股骨远端骨折患者进行内固定治疗时,相对于解剖板,采取锁定板使得患者的临床治疗效果更为良好,有一定的临床意义。 Objective To analyse the effect of the lock plate and anatomical plate in treatment of distal femoral fractures. Methods Distal femoral fractures in the period from December 2009 to December 2011, 136 patients were randomly divided into two control group and observation group, all 68 patients were randomly selected hospital. Anatomic plate fixation and locking plate fixed were used in the control group and in the observation group, respectively. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed. Results Patients in control group of distal femoral fractures exhibited an excellent efficiency, the the clinical good rate was 79.41%. While in the observation group was 95.59%(P〈0.05). Conclusion For the internal fixation of distal femoral fracture patients, the lock plate is more better than anatomical plate in treatment of distal femoral fractures in clinical efficiency.
