有限切开复位髓内钉固定治疗股骨转子下骨折 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨有限切开复位髓内钉固定治疗股骨转子下骨折的效果。方法对闭合复位失败的21例股骨转子下骨折患者采用有限切开复位、髓内钉固定治疗。结果 21例均获得随访,时间10~18个月。骨折全部愈合,无内固定物松动、断裂等并发症。术后测量:内外翻成角0°~5°(1.9°±1.7°);前后成角0°~10°(4.3°±2.6°);内外旋0°~10°(5.5°±2.6°);下肢缩短0~1.5(0.4±0.5)cm。结论有限切开复位髓内钉固定治疗股骨转子下骨折可以获得良好的治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of limited incision for the reduction of subtrochanteric fractures treated with intramedullary nail. Methods 21 patients with subtrochanteric fractures who were failed by closed reduction, and were treated by limited incision reduction and intramedullary nail. Results 21 patients were followed up from 10 months to 18 months. All fractures healed without internal fixation looseness, rupture or other complications. The mean alignment was 0°- 5° ( 1.9° ± 1.7° ) in frontal plane, 0°- 10° (4. 3°± 2. 6° ) in sagittal plane and the mean rotation deformity was 0°- 10° (5. 5 ° ± 2. 6° ), lower limb shortened 0 - 1.5 (0. 4 ± 0. 5 ) cm. Conclusions Limited incision for the reduction of subtroehanteric fractures treated with intramedullary nail can get a good effect.
