摘要
针对某车型的电动车改型设计导致前、后轴荷增加较大的问题,为降低改型的难度,修改其前、后悬架的弹簧刚度和安装长度,并用Adams/Car建立其多刚体模型,分析轴荷变化对整车操纵稳定性的影响.结果表明,改型车辆在设计状态时的整车姿态与原车保持一致,且运动性能非常接近于原车.
As to the problem that the remodel design from a car to an electric car leads to a large increase of axle load, its front and rear suspension spring stiffness and installation length are modified to reduce the modification difficulty, and a multi-body model is built to analyze the effect of axle load change on the vehicle handling stability by Adams/Car. The results indicate that the modified vehicle attitude is consistent with the original car and its movement performance is close to the original car.
