摘要
目的探讨外耳道行鼓膜穿刺的护理配合。方法对87例行鼓膜穿刺患者做好术前准备(加强护患的沟通,消除患者恐惧心理,使其情绪稳定)、术中配合(严格无菌操作、熟练操作步骤、协助固定好患者的体位、密切观察患者对疼痛的反应及生命体征的变化等)及术后康复指导。结果 87例患者行鼓膜穿刺均获成功,无鼓膜穿孔、中耳感染及内耳损伤等并发症的发生。结论有力的护理配合是鼓膜穿刺成功的重要保证。
Objective To investigate the nursing cooperation in patients undergoing tympanum puncture through external auditory canal. Methods Preoperative preparation （strengthening the comm- unication between nurses and patients, eliminating patients＇ fear and stabilizing patients＇ emotion）, intraoperative coordination （strict aseptic operation,mastering operation steps,helping patients fix pos- ition ,closely observing patient＇s response to the pain and changes in vital signs）,and postoperative rehabilitation guidance were carried out in 87 anum puncture was successfully performed patients undergoing tympanum puncture.Results Tymp- in all patients. No patients had tympanic membrane perforation,middle ear infection,inner ear damage and other complications.Conclusion Nursing cooperation is the important guarantee for successful tympanum puncture.
