弹性髓内钉微创治疗儿童股骨干骨折的疗效 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨闭合复位后微创小切口置入弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折的临床疗效.方法 对46例儿童股骨干骨折患儿通过闭合复位后微创小切口置入弹性髓内钉固定治疗,观察其治疗效果.结果 46例患儿患肢均闭合复位成功,未给予切开手术.术后均获随访,随访时间6~24个月,平均15个月.骨折全部愈合,愈合时间6~12周,平均8周,患肢关节功能良好,无明显疼痛.结论 采用闭合复位后微创小切口置入弹性髓内针治疗儿童股骨干骨折具有创伤小、不伤及骨骺、不破坏骨折区域的血运、骨折愈合快、缩短住院治疗时间、并发症少、患儿易于护理等优点,是治疗儿童股骨干骨折的安全有效治疗方法.
