摘要
头足类盛产于我国东海地区,海洋头足类作为辅食和药物已具有悠久的历史。随着生物技术的进步和海洋资源的不断开发和利用,头足类动物的研究也逐渐深入;有学者对头足类动物加工的副产品提取物的功能特性,如抗肿瘤、抗氧化、免疫功能调节、降血脂血压等作了大量的深入研究。近年来,头足类动物成为功能食品和新型海洋药物开发和利用热点而备受人们的青睐。因此,本文将对近年来常见的几种头足类活性物质的功能特性研究进行综述。
Cephalopods are plentiful in the East China Sea, Ocean cephalopods as drugs already has a long history. With the continuous development and utilization of marine resources, studies on cephalopods have gradually come on. The extract of Cephalopods has been reported to have anti-radiation activity, anti-oxidant, anti-tumor activity, immunomodulatory activity, procoagulant function and so on. Recent years, the research on health products and novel drug has developed a theoretical foundation for the potential application of cephalopods. The related research on cephalopods has attracted most people＇s interests. Therefore, this article will make a summary on the classified research of the functional properties of active substances that are obtained from several common kinds of cephalopods.
