摘要
以某W型活塞式压缩机主传动系统为研究对象,利用多柔体动力学软件ADAMS,对额定工况下计入摩擦的压缩机主传动系统动力学优化设计问题进行研究.得到了额定工况下主轴承曲轴轴颈中心径向振动响应.在此基础上,建立压缩机主传动系统动力学优化设计数学模型,以压缩机气缸中心线夹角和压缩机曲轴转速为设计变量,以两主轴承曲轴轴颈中心径向振动响应的加权平均值为优化目标.采用参数化建模技术在ADAMS中建立优化模型进行优化分析,探讨了目标函数与设计变量之间的关系并得到最优解.得到的结论为活塞式压缩机动态设计打下基础.
The dynamic optimization of a main drive system in a W-type compressor with friction of joints are studied by ADAMS , a special software for dynamical simulation. The dynamic response of the crankshaft journal center of the two rolling bearings are obtained on rated operating condition. On this basis,the mathematical model for dynamic optimization is presented,its objective function is weighted sum of the amplitude of the crankshaft journal center in the two bearings, and the design variable are the angle of cylinder lines and the rotation speed of crankshaft. The parametric simulating model is construc- ted in ADAMS to search for the optimum solution. The relation between the design variable and objec- tive value is disclosed through optimization,which is a function module in the design evaluation tools of ADAMS. Numerical results are available for the dynamic design of piston compressor.
