摘要
目的 考察不同配伍组成对清热合剂中黄芩苷含量的影响.方法 以黄芩苷含量为指标,采用正交试验法,以HPLC法测定各配伍样品中黄芩苷含量.采用Aglilent-Zorbax-Extend-C18色谱柱(25 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),(0.4%)磷酸-甲醇(55:45)为流动相,检测波长为280 nm,流速1.0 mL/min.结果 黄芩苷在0.001~0.016 mg(r=0.999 7)范围内,质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系.各因素对清热合剂中黄芩苷含量的影响差异无统计学意义.直观分析各因素对检测指标的影响大小顺序为茵陈〉葛根〉贯众〉大青叶.结论 清热合剂中黄芩苷含量受配伍影响.
Objective To investigate the changes of extract rate of Baicalin after compatibility of Qingre mixture. Methods The contents of Baicalin after different compatibility was taken by orthogonal test and HPLC. The chromatographic separation was performed on Aglilent-Zorbax-Extend-C18 (4. 6 mm × 250 mm ,5 μm)column with col- umn temperature of 35 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 4% phosphate buffer solution(55:45 )at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/ min. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results The calibration curves of Baicalin were linear in the ranges of 0. 001 - 0. 016 mg( r = 0. 999 7 ). The extract rate of Baicalin was influenced by the other four medicinal materials of Qingre mixture. The influence had not prominent difference. The visual order was Artemisia capillaris 〉 Radix puerariae 〉 Cyrtomium Rhizome 〉 Folium Isatidis. Conclusion The extract rate of Baicalin is influenced by compatibility in Qingre mixture.
