摘要
研究了D072型阳离子交换树脂对乙醛聚合反应的催化作用,通过气相色谱分析系统地探讨了各反应因素对乙醛聚合反应的影响.结果表明:D072型阳离子交换树脂具有较高的催化活性,乙醛聚合产物为三聚乙醛;在15℃时,反应达到平衡时乙醛和三聚乙醛的含量分别为10.0%和31.6%,乙醛和三聚乙醛的总量与商标标示的乙醛含量40%相接近;在此基础上测得反应速率,获得乙醛聚合反应的动力学方程为:υ=kc=319.2e-4 286.3T c.
This paper investigates the catalysis of D072 cation exchange resin on the polymerization of acetaldehyde using GC as a means of analysis, the influence of different factors on the catalysis reaction is discussed. The results indicate that D072 has preferable catalytic activity, the product of reaction is paraldehyde; when the reaction temperature was 15 ~C, the con- tent of acetaldehyde and paraldehyde were 10.0% and 31.6% under equilibrium condition, the amount of aldehyde is close to trademark label the acetaldehyde content of 40% ; on the basis of determining reaction rate, the kinetics equation was obtained as follows:v=kc=319.2e^4286.3/τc.
