摘要
对各国已有的壁厚小于2mm的冷弯薄壁型钢梁受弯性能试验中的86根槽形、40根Z形、6根帽形和6根工字形冷弯薄壁型钢梁的试验资料进行总结。采用中国《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB 50018—2002)第5.3节中受弯构件的相关规定计算各构件的极限弯矩,将计算结果与试验结果进行比较。结果表明:按中国规范GB 50018—2002规定计算壁厚小于2mm的冷弯薄壁型钢受弯构件承载力是可行的,试验值均大于规范理论计算值,规范理论计算值偏于安全。
The experiments at home and abroad about bending behaviour of cold-formed thin-wall steel beams with thickness less than 2 mm were summarized, including eighty-six channel-section specimens, forty Z-section specimens, six hat-section specimens and six I-section specimens. The specimens' bending capacity was calculated by the provisions of chapter 5.3 in Chinese Current Technical Code of Cold-formed Thin-wall Steel Structures (GB 50018--2002), and the calculation results were compared with the test results. The results show that the process of calculating bearing capacity according to Chinese Code GB 50018--2002 is feasible, and the test results are higher than code calculation values, which means the using of calculation formula set in the norm is reasonable.
