摘要
效能监察是企业监察部门切入企业中心工作，以规范管理行为、提高效率和效益、促进廉政建设为目的，实现对企业经营管理的有效监控和管理。结合上海市电力公司检修公司实际，提出组织领导到位、思想认识到位、工作落实到位是开展效能监察工作的必要保障，并在对重点环节和重点部位权力行使监督的同时，搭建效能监察过程管控的实施平台，实现企业管理效能的提升，助推企业健康发展。
Performance supervision by means of the monitoring and supervision department＇s involvement of enterprise＇s core business, on the purpose of management practice standardization, efficiency and effectiveness improvement, as well as clean government promotion, is ＂to achieve the effective control and supervision of the en,terprise＇s business management. Combining the actual situation of the Maintenance Company of Shanghai Electric Power Co, we propose to put organization and leadership, ideologlcal understanding and work implementation in place as a necessary indemnification for carrying out the performance supervision works. Meanwhile, setting up the implementation platform of performance supervision process control while inspecting the power exercise of key sectors and links, thus improving enterprise＇s management efficiency and boost its healthy development.
