摘要
针对综合客运枢纽静态导向标识系统评价的不确定性,提出一种基于区间数的综合评价方法。首先根据文献资料和专家咨询,从平面组成、信息内容、设置形式和系统组织四方面建立综合客运枢纽静态导向标识系统综合评价指标体系;然后建立评价指标的专家评判区间数与评语论域之间的模糊关系评价矩阵,利用区间数排序法确定各指标的评价等级,再利用区间层次分析法计算指标权重,采用模糊综合评价确定方案的评价等级,实现对方案的评价和内部指标的评价;最后,以南京南站为例,对其静态导向标识系统方案进行评价,测算得综合评判向量B=([0,0],[0.488,1.050],[0.527,1.119],[0.163,0.552],[0,0.084]),评价结果为"中等"。研究结果表明,该评价方法可解决标识系统评价指标值存在的模糊性和不确定性问题,从而提高评价结论的可靠性,为综合客运枢纽静态导向标识系统方案的设计和比选提供参考。
In view of uncertainties in the evaluation of static guiding sign system of comprehensive passenger terminal, a comprehensive evaluation method based on interval number is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on literature review and expert consultation, a multi-layer evaluation indicator system is proposed, which consists of plane component, information content, installation form and system organization. Fuzzy relation evaluation matrix between experts' judging interval number and evaluation rank is established and interval number sorting method is used to determine the grade of each indicator. Then, interval analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate index weights, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to determine the evaluation level of sign system for evaluating sign system and its indicators. Finally, the static guiding sign system of Nanjing South railway sta- tion is evaluated by this method. Its comprehensive evaluation vector is determined to be B = ( [ 0, 0 ], [ 0. 488,1. 050 ], [ 0. 527,1.119 ], [ 0. 163,0. 552 ], [ 0,0. 084 ] ) and the evaluation rating is medium. The results indicate that this evaluation method can solve fuzziness and uncertainty prob- lems of the evaluation indicator value and improve the reliability of evaluation conclusion for static guiding sign system design and comparison of comprehensive passenger terminal.
