摘要
由于风能的间歇性和波动性使得风力发电的输出功率产生波动,在风力发电机组并入电网后会对电网电能质量产生影响,严重的会引发电压的波动和闪变问题。介绍了用于计算风电引起的电压波动和闪变的2种计算方法。结合风场塔影效应和风剪切作用的影响,对风电引起的短时闪变值的工程估算方法进行了优化,并将3种算法所得出的闪变值进行了比较,验证了优化算法的有效性。
Intermittent and volatility of wind energy makes wind power generation output power characterized by its in stability. It has adverse impact on grid power quality which will give a rise to serious problems of voltage fluctuation and flicker. This paper analyzes a constant speed wind turbines caused grid voltage fluctuation and flicker on the mecha nism. And then illustrates two ways to measure flickers caused by voltage fluctuation. It improves the onsite calcula tion of flicker by considering the impact of tower shadow and wind shear. Finally, verifies the feasibility of the improved methodology by comparing the results of the three kinds of calculations.
