摘要
机械设备的维修策略主要有事后维修、定期维修和状态维修,提出将模糊综合评判法与层次分析法结合起来形成模糊层次分析法,应用于机械设备维修策略的选择。运用模糊综合评判法进行综合评判,通过层次分析法确定指标体系的权重,确定机械设备的最优维修方式,最后通过实例证明,模糊层析分析法能有效的解决机械设备维修策略的决策问题。
The main maintenance strategy about mechanical equipment are Break-down Maintenance,Time Based Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance, it proposes the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in according with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process using in decision-making of maintenance strategy for mechanical equipment. Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation, at the same time determine the weight of index system by analytic hierarchy process and then establish the best maintenance strategy of mechanical equipment, final, it proves with the example that the method of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process can effectively resolve the decision-making of maintenance strategy for mechanical equipment.
