罗哌卡因复合芬太尼硬膜外麻醉经尿道前列腺电切术30例 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察罗哌卡因复合芬太尼行硬膜外麻醉对于经尿道前列腺电切术的作用。方法:将60例择期行前列腺电切术的患者分为2组:观察组选用0.75%罗哌卡因复合芬太尼50μg混合液,对照组选用0.20%丁卡因加1.50%利多卡因混合液行硬膜外麻醉。结果:观察组平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)的影响小于对照组(P<0.05),术后寒战发生率为7%,也明显低于对照组33%。结论:罗哌卡因复合芬太尼行硬膜外麻醉用于前列腺电切术效果确切,对循环系统干扰小,能降低术中寒战发生率。
