低频电刺激与盆腔生物反馈治疗女性压力性尿失禁 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨低频电刺激与盆腔生物反馈治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:随机选取漯河市第三人民医院2010年11月1日至2012年12月31日门诊收治的68例女性压力性尿失禁患者为研究对象,采取低频电刺激与盆腔生物反馈方法治疗,对治疗后的效果进行分析。结果:治疗后盆底肌力恢复情况效果显著,漏尿指数也明显下降,尿失禁治疗的有效率达到89.7%,治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电刺激与盆腔生物反馈治疗可显著改善女性患者压力性尿失禁的症状,改善盆底肌力,提高患者生活质量。
