摘要
综述了碳纳米管镀镍的基本原理,介绍了碳纳米管镀前的预处理方法。详细介绍了碳纳米管的化学镀镍法(敏化-活化法、胶体钯活化法和离子钯活化法)、电化学镀镍法、气相沉积法和高能束流辐射沉积法。总结了各种镀镍方法的发展现状和应用前景,以及各种镀镍方法存在的问题和解决办法。
The mechanism of carbon nanotube nickel plating is reviewed. The methods of pre-treatment of carbon nanotube are introduced, including the e]eetroless plating method (sensitization and activation of two or one step, palladium ion activation), electroplating method, vapor deposition and high-energy radiation beam deposition. The development and prospects of nickel plating carbon nanotube are summarized, the problems of the methods above are put forth, and solutions for them are suggested.
