摘要
目的 探讨超声乳化术联合前段玻璃体切除和囊袋张力环（CTR）植入治疗晶状体半脱位的手术技巧.方法 对18例（18只眼）伴有晶状体半脱位的白内障患者采用超声乳化联合前部玻璃体切除和囊袋张力环植入,观察术后的视力及并发症.结果 18例（18只眼）均顺利摘除了混浊的晶状体,成功地保留了后囊膜,并在囊袋内植入了人工晶状体,18例人工晶状体位置较正,1个月最佳矫正视力：0.4~0.5者10例;0.6~0.8者5例;大于0.8者3例.结论 超声乳化吸出联合前段玻璃体切除囊袋张力环植入手术治疗晶状体半脱位的白内障是一种安全、有效的手术方式.
ObjeOive To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of phacoemulsification combined anterior vitrecto- my and capsular tension ring （CTR） implantation for the treatment of lens subluxation. Methods Eighteen patients with lens subluxation were involved in this study. Patients underwent conventional phacoemulsification combined with anterior vitrectomy and capsular tension ring implantation. Postoperative changes in visual acuity and complications were reviewed. Results All the patients had the cataract removed and posterior capsular intact, lntraocular lenses （ IOP ） were then placed and remained in the appropriate positions. At postoperative 1 month, the best corrected visual acuity （BCVA） was 0.4 ~0.5 in 10 eyes, 0.6 -0.8 in 5 eyes and above 0.8 in 3 eyes. Conclusion Phacoemtdsificafion combined with anterior vitrectomy and capsular tension ring implantation is a feasible and effective method to treat lens subluxafion.
