摘要
为更好地开发利用菇渣复配基质,采用正交试验设计方法,研究了番茄穴盘育苗中使用的基质菇渣与珍珠岩配比、烘干鸡粪、尿素和磷酸二氢钾施用量4个因素对番茄幼苗的茎粗、株高、单株干重及壮苗指数4项试验指标的影响。结果表明:4个因素作用效果大小为:菇渣与珍珠岩配比>烘干鸡粪施用量>磷酸二氢钾施用量>尿素施用量;最优组合是菇渣与珍珠岩配比为3∶1、烘干鸡粪施用量为10.0kg·m-3、尿素施用量为1.2kg·m-3、磷酸二氢钾施用量为0.6kg·m-3。
In order to develop and use the mushroom residue compound matrix ,through the method of orthogo-nal experiment design ,effects of four factors including the ratio of tomato plug seedlings of matrix mushroom residue and perlite ,amount of dried chicken manure ,urea and potassium dihydrogen phosphate dosage on the growth of tomato seedlings ,diameter ,plant height ,plant dry weight and seedling index were studied .The re-sults showed that the effect of four factors from large to little was mushroom residue and perlite ratio ,dried chicken manure ,the amount of urea dosage and the amount of potassium dihydrogen phosphate .The most opti-mal combination scheme was that the ratio of mushroom residue and perlite mixture was 3∶1 ,the dosage of dried chicken manure was 10 .0 kg·m^-3 ,the amount of urea was 1 .5 kg·m^-3 and the dosage of potassium di-hydrogen phosphate was 0 .6 kg·m^-3 .The test results provided areference for the application and new develop-ment of mushroom residue substrate mixed matrix .
