富含γ-氨基丁酸米糠对夏季高温期肉鸡的生产性能、呼吸频率及直肠温度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 选择1日龄艾维茵肉鸡150只,随机分成5组、每组30只,分别饲喂按一定比例添加富含γ-基丁酸米糠的基础日粮,使得各组日粮中γ-氨基丁酸的含量为:0(对照组)、25、50、75和100mg/kg,旨在研究不同γ-氨基丁酸含量米糠对夏季高温期肉鸡生产性能、呼吸频率及直肠温度的影响,试验期为42d。结果表明:在饲料中适量添加富含γ-基丁酸米糠对夏季高温期肉鸡的生产性能有较明显的改善作用,其中饲料中γ-基丁酸含量50~75mg/kg的添加水平尤其显著(P〈0.05);富含γ-基丁酸米糠作为饲料添加能够一定程度降低肉鸡的呼吸频率和直肠温度,且效果都随着富含γ-基丁酸米糠添加量和肉鸡饲养时间的增加而增强。 One hundred and fifty Ai Wei Yin broilers at one day-old were randomly divided into five groups of thirty each. These five groups were fed basal diet contained rice bran rich in γ-aminobutyric acid according to a certain proportion,and the content of y-aminobutyric acid in diet were 0 (control group), 25,50,75 and 100 mg/kg. The effects of different levels of rice bran rich in γ-aminobutyric acid on growth performance,respiration rate and rectal temperature in broilers under the high temperature in summer for 42 d were studied. The resuhs showed that : adding the right amount of rice bran rich in γ-aminobutyrie acid had obviously improved the growth performance in broilers under the high temperature in summer,the 50-75 mg/kg addi tion level was especially significant (P〈0.05); Rice bran rich in γ-aminohutyric acid could decrease the respiration rate and rectal temperature of broilers to some extent,and the effects were enhanced with the rice bran rich and feeding time increasing.
